Celebrity chef James Martin helps wake up most people on a Saturday morning.
His confront is a continued characterize on weekend morning TV and his ITV Saturday Morning with James Martin show where he interviews guests and cooks for them.
James, 49, from Malton, North Yorkshire, has been on TV for 25 years and he also has a range of cookery books in addition as having had restaurants and cafes around the UK.

And he also has a love of fast cars buying his first Ferrari when he was just 24.
James was born in Malton in 1972 and his parents were farmers on Castle Howard. They lived in Welburn and he went to school in Malton but developed his early interest in cooking by helping his mum in the kitchen and washing pots in the Castle Howard kitchens.
He trained in France before he spent two years as a pastry chef at Chewton Glen Hotel in Hampshire.
During his early days he worked for both Anthony Worrall Thompson and Marco Pierre White before he launched Hotel du Vin in Winchester at the age of 22.
By 1996 he had made his first move on to TV with appearances on Ready, Steady, Cook, The Big Breakfast and his own Yorkshire-inspired show James Martin: Yorkshire’s Finest.
His big break came when he became presenter of the BBC One show Saturday Kitchen which he went on to great number for than ten years.
He interviewed a raft of celebrities over the years whilst also hosting other well-known chefs who would help him cook meals for the guests.
Over those ten years James also appeared on other cooking programmes such as The Great British Menu, as a estimate on Junior Bake Off and he already had a spell as a guest presenter on the One Show.
In 2016 James left the BBC One Saturday Kitchen show and went on his first live tour with ‘Plates, mates and automobiles’.
But just 12 months after leaving the BBC he was back on our screens on Saturday morning – this time on ITV with ‘Saturday Morning with James Martin’ which he has hosted since.
James opened his first Yorkshire restaurant in Leeds in 2011 inside the Alea Casino in Leeds.
A year later he opened a restaurant inside The Talbot Hotel in Malton which won a Michelin star in 2012.
His Manchester restaurant – simply named James Martin Manchester – opened in 2013 and is based in the Great Northern warehouse.
He also has a number of bakeries and cafes across the country in addition as SpuduLike potato restuarants.
James also teaches at the Chewton Glen cookery school which is close to his heart after his early days there starting out as a chef.
It is well known that James has a passion for fast cars and he has already raced over the years appearing in a Master Series and at an Aston Martin Centenary Festival.
He has owned Ferraris, Aston Martins and was already once gifted an Aston Martin DBS by his girlfriend. His current collection includes a Chevrolet Courvette, a Lotus 340R, a 1948 Maserati and two retired Formula One motors.
But his love for cars also saw him get in trouble with cyclists when he wrote in a newspaper column that he deliberately took pleasure in startling them off the road. He later apologised for the comments after criticism from cycling groups and celeb cyclists such as Bradley Wiggins.
His love life has also seen him in the spotlight when he dated Barbara Broccoli, daughter of first James Bond producer Cubby who went on to produce Bond films herself.
They met in 2001 when she won him in a charity auction and they hit it off, dating for some time which saw James mixing with Hollywood stars such as Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig.
He also dated former Miss England and DJ Sally Kettle before he met long-term girlfriend Louise Davies in 2010.
They met when he appeared on Celebrity Who Wants to be a Millionaire where Louise was working as a TV producer and they have been dating since 2011 – although he has been quoted saying they have no plans to get wed.
